- Absolutely. We offer bespoke solutions—choose materials, head, flow, power source, and finish. Just send us your specifications or a brief.
3. What is the typical lead time for an order?
- Standard models: 4–6 weeks. Custom orders: 8–12 weeks, depending on complexity. We'll confirm a precise ETA once you place the order.
4. Do you support OEM & ODM service?
- Yes. We supply all major components (volute casings, backcovers, impellers, bearings, seals) for OEM and aftermarket use. Custom logo, color and packaging are available.
5. What are the key specs I should consider?

- All pumps come with a 1‑year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended warranties (3–5 years) are available at addional cost for specific orders.
8. Do you ship internationally?
- We ship worldwide via sea, air, rail or express. Shipping costs and times vary by destination; we'll provide a detailed estimate with your quote.
9. Do your pumps have CE and ISO certificates?
- Yes, all products have CE, ISO certification and strict factory inspection.
10. What payment methods do you accept?

11. Do you accept sample and small orders? Or can I place a bulk order?
